Project Manager - Solar PV

Compensation: Based upon experience
Manage design and installation of major solar PV and solar thermal projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidate will manage major solar PV projects (.5 to 1 MW) for industrial and commercial markets. Responsibilities include scope development, design, procurement, selection and management of contractors, and construction management. Ability to market solar projects a plus. Expertise in electrical engineering of solar projects desirable. Renewable Energy Engineer - Solar PV

Sales - Solar PV

Compensation: Based upon experience

Provide sales for solar energy projects
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE: One year or less
EMPLOYMENT: Part-time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position involves cold calling businesses and homeowners to set appointments for our sales teams. Your other duties will include various sales support and administrative tasks.

This challenging position requires someone who is motivated and detail orientated. We are looking for a person who can successfully integrate into a fast paced, multi faceted business/sales environment. Successful candidates will be self-starters who enjoy talking to people and are enthusiastic about promoting green power and solar energy. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable with somewhat technical material.

Requires:
* High School Diploma
* Minimum 1 year inside sales experience
* 40 wpm typing and data entry skills
* Proficient PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of a CRM database(s) is a plus
* A basic understanding of the standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the alternative energy industry, is preferred

Solar Electric Installer

Compensation: Hourly based on experience

Knowledge and experience a plus, but not required. Part time to Full time work available.
EDUCATION: High School, some college
EXPERIENCE: One year or less
EMPLOYMENT: Part-time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to work on both the mechanical and electrical side of installing solar pv systems. Be one of a three person installation team to implement plans and install solar electric panels and framework to rooftops of residential homes and some commercial buildings.

Ideal applicant will have some experience in electrical wiring and/or construction, and be able to competently operate hand and power tools.

Successful candidate will be trained by us in all aspects of solar electric technology, wiring, and system installation methods.

Must have some relevant work experience and be detail oriented, a team player and have a working knowledge of roof and ladder safety. This is a part time to start, evolving into a full time position.

Qualifications:
* 1 - 2 years construction background is preferred, general construction skills required.
* Electrical or PV experience is a plus, but not required.
* Working knowledge of roof and ladder safety, and be comfortable working at heights (rooftops, ladders, etc).
* Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Positive attitude with good team member skills
* Good communication skills
* Disciplined, self-motivated work ethic
* Able to lift at least 50 lbs
* Love to work outdoors
* Committed to quality workmanship and be detail oriented
* Punctual
* Safety conscious
