Asian Renewable is a company that has provided the Asian Market with renewable energy

Asian Renewables

We are Asia’s number one provider of solar modules and components over the last years.

Renewable Energy

What are the most common options for renewable energy? Wind, water and solar power are among the most common options that you can go for.

Non Renewable Energy

There are different sources of non-renewable energy. Nuclear, coal, gas and oil are some of the most common examples of non-renewable energy.

Welcome to Asian Renewables

We are Asia’s number one provider of solar modules and components over the last years. Given the rising price of coal, Asian Renewables offers a cleaner and a cheaper source of electricity. We provide renewable energy systems to clients of all sizes ranging from homes to businesses. Our solutions range from installations to maintenance.

  • Renewable Energy vs. Non Renewable Energy October 31, 2016 Posted in: Non-renewable energy, Renewable energy

With our population on the rise, it is important that we have a source of energy for the next years to come. Over the years, we’ve relied on coal. Coal, according to experts, is the easiest way to harness energy. Unfortunately, this practice has a number of drawbacks. Drawbacks include thinning of the ozone layer, not to mention climate change. Climate change prompted a lot of environmental crusaders to inform governments that we are losing mother earth.

But what makes renewable and non-renewable energy different from each other? Here are things that you have to know.

    Non-renewable energy

There are different sources of non-renewable sources of energy. Nuclear, coal, gas and oil are some of the most common examples of non-renewable energy. According to experts, there is no such thing as clean non-renewable energy. All of these practices increase the damage that we leave behind on our planet.

But of course, let us also discuss its pros. Since it has been used over the years, what makes it so good? One of the reasons why a lot of countries rely on non-renewable sources of energy, most especially fossil fuel, is the fact that you get continuous supply of energy without relying on weather.

Unfortunately, fossil fuel is a finite source of energy. What are we going to do next once we ran out of fossil fuel? In fact, even experts do not have an idea just how much fossil fuel does the earth really have.

Carbon emission is also another concern when it comes to fossil fuel. However, nuclear energy doesn’t have this problem. Unfortunately, we all know what could happen when there’s a leak. We’ve seen what nuclear leak can do in Japan and in Chernobyl.

    Renewable source of energy

A good way to save the environment is to make use of renewable energy. What are the most common options for renewable energy? Wind, water and solar power are among the most common options that you can go for. Wind turbines can generate energy and even provide power to an entire town. The downside of course, is when there’s no wind. Another great option is to rely on the ocean’s movement for energy. But of course, typhoons can dismantle this type of installation.

One of the more practical options is solar power. Solar power can be placed even in small devices. Today, there are homes that are completely powered by solar panels. It makes use of batteries that homes can also use at night.

  • The Use of Renewable Energy For a Better Life October 30, 2016 Posted in: Renewable energy

A lot of people today are worried about the future because of global warming. Global warming is a serious concern for different countries. For instance, those in the agricultural sector have felt the need for governments to address its effects. Crops are affected, as well as how they earn a living.

One of the solutions that can potentially slow down and even reverse global warming is to rely on renewable energy. Could it be possible to reverse or even stop its effects? How can renewable energy provide a better life for the next generation?

    Benefits of renewable energy

There are many benefits to renewable energy. For instance, unlike coal, it is not a finite source of energy. If you will look at solar energy, for instance, as long as you have the sun, you can power your appliances. For wind energy, as long as there is wind to push the wind turbines, it is possible to generate energy.

Also, unlike fossil fuel, it doesn’t produce CO2 emissions that make the earth warm. Over the years, we’ve experienced changes in our climates because of this. Some parts of the world are becoming hotter, while some parts of the world are becoming colder. This means that the fossil fuel has contributed to the ice caps melting.

Another reason to rely on renewable energy is the fact that it can help poor families get access to electricity. One of the most common problems in third world countries is the lack of infrastructure to bring energy to different areas. What solar energy can do is to provide access to electricity without relying on government and private infrastructure.

In contrast to non-renewable energy, it is also cheaper. Solar panels and batteries are cheaper in terms of maintenance.

What stops governments from investing on renewable source of energy?

There are a lot of reasons why governments still don’t invest on solar and other forms of renewable energy. One of the main reasons is politics. There are countries that make use of oil as their main commodity for other countries. Members of the OPEC are not expected to shift towards the use of renewable energy anytime soon.

Also, there are third world countries that oppose the use of renewable source of energy. According to research, this could slow down their progression compared to when they simply use coal.

What is needed for countries to shift to clean energy?

There are a lot of things that should be accomplished in order for countries to be convinced to stick to renewable energy. One, there has to be clamor. Organizations should push towards legislation that would make renewable energy the primary option in a country. Next, it is imperative that you also do your part in investing on renewable sources of energy. You can start by slowly using solar energy in your home. Over the years, a lot of homes have done this. If you think that it is a bit of an investment, you can try cutting half of your bill by relying on both conventional sources of electricity and the other half on solar energy.
